Young athletes will have a great opportunity to improve in all components of the game with Director Walker Searcy and their coaching staff. They will ensure a positive and encouraging atmosphere each day as campers have a great time competing with each other. Each day, campers will develop their baseball hitting, fielding, base running, and team play to help them compete at the highest level with their schools and club teams.

Director Walker Searcy
Walker earned his MBA at Piedmont College with a BA in Business Management. He was a 4 year starter as an infielder for the Piedmont Lions and later became a Graduate Assistant. Walker served as an assistant coach for Gordon College’s baseball team from 2008-2009.

Camp Details
Instruction will focus primarily on hitting, fielding, base-running, and game situations. You can expect high demand for these first come first serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

2024 CAMP INFORMATION
- Dates: July 29-August 1, 2024
- Age Group: 10-14
- Camp Type: Day Camp
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-2:00pm
- Check-In: Begins 30 minutes prior to the camp start time.
- Meals: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a snack/lunch to camp each day.

- Daily Baseball Instruction
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours

INSTRUCTION & FACILITY
Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are initially grouped by age and moved around accordingly based on skill level.
Facility: Outdoor and Indoor Facility.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRAVEL
Nike Softball Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT
If you have a group of campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a discount. Please have someone contact the US Sports Camps office at 1-800-645-3226 with the names of each camper in the group and we will create a unique discount code for your group. Campers may then register individually through the website at their convenience and apply the offer code during checkout. *Discount amount varies by program. Please call for details.
