1 Can my child attend if they are a beginner?

Players of all skill levels are invited to join us at camp, unless otherwise specified. We facilitate a healthy learning environment by grouping campers based on age and skill level to ensure they receive the correct level of instruction. If your child is a competitive player, please see our Nike Advanced Golf Schools for more details.

2 Do campers need to bring their own clubs?

Participants are required to bring their own golf clubs to camp each day. Those without clubs can call the host facility pro shop prior to camp start date to seek rental information. A select few of our locations do have designated rental sets, which would be listed in the camp registration packet.

3 What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations, for any reason, received at least five (5) days before camp start date, will result in a camp VOUCHER for all tuition fees paid, valid through the following calendar year. Your VOUCHER is transferable to any family member and may be used for any sport. Cash refunds will be given only with the purchase of Cancellation Protection (see terms below). Those who cancel their camp session within five (5) days of the camp start date will receive a camp VOUCHER for 50% of the camp tuition. Individuals who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows) will forfeit their full tuition payment.

Cancellation Protection

US Sports Camps offers our camp families Cancellation Protection for $100 per session, due at the time of registration. Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of your camp tuition fees paid to date (Please note: $100 Cancellation Protection and Registration fee are non-refundable.) if you cancel for any reason before your final payment date (the first day of the month prior to the month your camp begins, i.e. final pay date of May 1st for any camp in your sport beginning in the month of June).

With Cancellation Protection, if you cancel after your final payment due date, we will issue you a camp voucher for your tuition payments made. Your camp voucher will be transferable to an immediate family member and can be used for any sport. For camps taking place in 2023, camp vouchers are valid through 2024.

Cancellation by US Sports Camps

In the unlikely event that US Sports Camps cancels your camp session, we will refund only your camp tuition and registration fee. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.

4 What happens if there is inclement weather?

Camp will continue as planned through rainy weather. However, if the weather is considered unsafe, parents will be contacted to determine the schedule and necessary make-up days. If there is no make-up day, parents will receive a prorated VOUCHER for days missed.

5 What is your standard camper-to-staff ratio?

During group instruction and course play our directors aim to maintain a low camper-to-staff ratio, typically 8:1 or better, to ensure campers receive quality attention from the coaches throughout the week.

6 Do your camps include course play?

Overnight, Extended Day and Full Day campers start on the range/practice area in the morning and continue with course play in the afternoon. The number of holes played depends on the camp program as well as the size and ability level of the camp group. Half Day programs do not include course play, unless otherwise specified.

7 What should I wear to golf camp?

A collared golf shirt, shorts, hat, and belt will always meet golf course standards. Golf shoes are recommended, however most courses allow athletic/running shoes. No jeans or mesh shorts are allowed.
